Pepper Jellies are a sweet treat to enjoy on toast, cream cheese & bagels, cheese & crackers, jazz up dips or soups & sauces. Try adding a spoonful to a stir fry along with a shot of soy sauce and you’ve got a quick skillet dinner served with rice or Pasta!

I credit my Auntie Donna for inspiring our families favorite Salsa recipes! We use an aromatic blend of spices including Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika & Chilies. With two heat options, the Jalapeno Salsa is our hot one or try my favourite in a medium heat, Tex Mex! Sold in pints, perfect for sharing or served as a meal with noodles, nachos or perogies!

Pickled Stuff

Crunchy, Tangy and as cravable as eating the whole jar once it’s opened! Pickled Carrots or Pickled Garlic are available in Regular or Spicy. Balsamic Shredded Beets or Russian Chunky Beets are an interesting change. Enjoy with Salad Greens and a splash of Olive oil and you have a simplified yet well dressed lunch or Entree. Thai Shredded Carrots pair well with your favorite sub sandwiches or try kicking up a coleslaw! Save the juice and add some to stir fries, soups & sauces! Marinate your chops, soooo good!!

There’s nothing like Homemade Relish beside your favorite Grilled Meats. 

Our Corn Relish is a classic with diced Bell Peppers and a tangy Mustard & Turmeric sauce. Then we have a traditional green Cucumber Relish or a jacked up jalapeno version with Grandmas Kickin Golden Relish with a sweet Mustard Sauce.

Seasonal options are often available!

Horseradish Sauce

An old-fashioned recipe, just like grandma & grandpa used to make. Plants are harvested in the fall and processed in a certain way to capture and hold that heat flush we crave. Made with ground Horseradish Root, Vinegar, salt, sugar & a bit of water. Sold Frozen, thaw before use, and for best results, enjoy immediately. Preservative Free, with no Mustard oil to artificially inflate the heat or alter the flavor of the roots, it will naturally relax to half heat strength after a few weeks in the fridge.

Our gluten-free/dairy-free meatballs come fully cooked! Made with 100% Alberta lean pork & beef, eggs, gluten-free Kinnikinnick breadcrumbs and mildly seasoned. Easily add them to your homemade pasta sauce, a stir fry with veggies or perfect with potatoes & gravy! Toss them with some pepper jelly and you’ve got appetizers done!!

Our Families favorite, German Sour Leaf Cabbage Rolls are filled with Rice, Potato & Bacon. We recommend baking with extra butter & broth on top till golden.

Half Pan with 12 rolls, serves 4-6 and can be baked from frozen!
