The Sausage Lady & Single Batch Farms!

We are a diverse small farm offering a multitude of foods created by “The Sausage Lady”, Purebred Black Angus Beef, Berkshire Pork, Hardneck Garlic, Seasonal Veggies and Plants are grown by our “Single Batch Farms” operation.

We began in 2012 with bare piece of land and a whole lot of ideas on how we can make a living right here at home. Farming has always been a dream for Gary so to have a few cows, following in his family’s footsteps while raising our kids right here in Parkland County is literally his dream come true! Me? Well, never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be farming! It just made sense to find ways to cultivate a productive life here on our land for ourselves and offer our bounty to the community.
